Installed customer provided CAT6A patch cables. Mounted and installed Startech cabinets at each site. Produced cable data testing reports for each site. Final test out and submittals.

Produced cable data testing reports for each site. Final test out and submittals.

Description: Incident-Driven Video Recording Systems (IDVRS). Installed 43 CAT6A data lines from IDF 8, Server Room, to the Docking Station location. Installed new 2 Post Rack in Server Room, anchored and secured to existing ladder rack system above. Installed new CAT6A and fiber optic patch panels with new wire managements. Installed 24 strand single mode fiber from MDF to IDF 8 new rack. Fiber optic path required manhole safety equipment, traffic control and fresh air system to complete fiber optic installation. Terminated fiber optics using Fusion Splice LC connectors. Tested and labeled using a power meter for db loss and continuity. Terminated CAT6A IDF 8 patch panel and docking station location. Dressed cable to the panels. Tested CAT6A with the Fluke DTX tester. Labeled both ends of all cable. Installed customer provided docking stations and plugged in CAT6A patch cords to docking stations. Reconfigured existing electrical to meet design requirements. Installed 24 strand single mode fiber from MDF to IDF 11 (K9 Building). Installed fiber optic patch panel, and patch cords as done in IDF 8. Installed 2 CAT6A cables from IDF 11 to an existing dock area for 2 additional docking stations. Final test out and submittals.
